There is a bug I've run into a few times that if you're already a vampire and join Harkon and become a vampire lord that it'll unflag you as a vampire. The other npc will keep telling you to go to Harkon to become a vampire again but Harkon won't turn you cause you still have the vampire lord form. #3.
